Suk-Chae Lee ((朝鮮語:이석채), born September 11, 1945, Seongju County, North Gyeongsang Province) is a South Korean businessman. Lee was the Chairman and CEO of KT Corporation from January 14, 2009 until November 12, 2013.〔 He was South Korea's Minister of Information and Communication from 1995 to 1996. ==Life and career== Lee graduated in 1964 from Seoul National University with a bachelor's degree in economics. In 1979, he received a master's degree in political economics from Boston University.
